Position: Product Management Trainee (PMT)
Division: Boneva
Therapy: Orthopaedics & Gynaecology

Key Responsibilities:

- Support product management and marketing activities for Ortho & Gynae formulations.
- Develop product strategies, promotional inputs, and marketing communication.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with the sales team for effective product communication and brand growth.
- Track product performance and prepare reports/presentations.
- Support current product launches and promotional activities.

Candidate Profile:

- 2–3 years of experience in Pharma Marketing/Product Management.
- Formulation experience is mandatory/preferred, especially in Orthopaedics & Gynaecology.
- Strong understanding of pharma formulations, brands, and market dynamics.
- Good communication, analytical, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Willing to work from office in Gurugram.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
