Sr. Manager – Finance & Accounts

Location: Gurugram

Type: Full-time

Experience: 3 - 5 Years (Preferred)

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) (Preferred)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts professional to manage accounting, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, budgeting, and other finance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

- Maintain and manage company accounts, ledgers, and financial records in compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure timely closure of books of accounts and preparation of financial reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable tax compliances, including filings and reconciliations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and fund management.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, and other financial transactions.
- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, statutory, and internal reporting requirements.
- Support business-specific financial reporting and compliance requirements, wherever applicable.
- Liaise with banks, consultants, auditors, vendors, and other financial stakeholders.
- Assist management with financial analysis, MIS, and decision-making support.

Compliance & Reporting

- Ensure timely completion of statutory and regulatory compliances applicable to the assigned business or entity.




- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the preparation and submission of various financial and compliance-related reports.
- Identify and address gaps in financial processes and internal controls.

Administration & Business Support

- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on finance and accounts-related matters.
- Support vendor payments, procurement-related financial documentation, and expense management.
- Maintain records of contracts, agreements, licenses, insurance, and other relevant financial documents.
- Support payroll-related inputs, employee reimbursements, and other finance-related coordination, wherever required.
- Take up additional responsibilities based on the requirements of the assigned business, entity, or management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred. Semi-qualified CA, CMA, or other relevant finance qualifications with strong experience may also be considered.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in financial services, NBFC, lending, or related sectors will be an added advantage.




- Ability to independently prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial accounts and reports.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliances.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to financial services businesses will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and other accounting/ERP software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work across different business requirements.
- High level of integrity, ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
