- We are looking for a QS & Billing Engineer with 4+ years of experience in the commercial interior industry.
- Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and cost estimates for interior projects.
- Prepare and verify client RA bills, subcontractor bills, and work completion measurements.
- Monitor project quantities, costs, variations, and ensure proper commercial control.
- Review drawings, specifications, and scope of work to identify quantity and cost implications.
- Coordinate with the Project, Design, Procurement, and Site teams for billing and quantity-related requirements.
- Handle variation orders, extra items, deductions, and reconciliation of materials and quantities.
- Maintain accurate records of measurements, bills, work orders, and commercial documentation.
- Assist in subcontractor final accounts and project cost reconciliation.
- Ensure timely submission and certification of client and subcontractor bills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying/billing software is preferred.
- Candidates with solid knowledge of commercial interior fit-out projects and 4+ years of relevant experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
