Job Title: Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager – Building Materials

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for building material products.
- Generate new business leads through market visits, referrals, digital marketing, and networking.
- Identify and approach builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, developers, dealers, and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Promote products such as cement, steel, tiles, pipes, sanitaryware, electrical materials, construction chemicals, hardware, and other building materials.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert marketing leads into business opportunities.
- Organize product demonstrations, dealer meets, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Maintain a database of customers, dealers, contractors,



and project leads.
- Track competitor pricing, products, schemes, and market trends.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on leads, visits, enquiries, and conversions.
- Follow up with clients and ensure timely response to enquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, product availability, delivery, and customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned marketing and lead-generation targets.

Preferred Skills:

- Building materials / construction industry experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the local construction market.
- Ability to generate leads and develop business relationships.
- Willingness to travel for market visits.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
