About the Role

Vigocare is looking for Field Officer Interns to support our healthcare operations at partner hospitals in Hyderabad.

The intern will be stationed at the assigned hospital and will be responsible for supporting patient onboarding and offboarding, device management, patient education, and monitoring setup. This is an on-site hospital-based role and does not require travel between locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage patient onboarding and offboarding processes at the assigned hospital.
- Assist patients with the setup and application of the VigoHeart monitoring device.
- Pair the device with the patient's mobile phone/app when required.
- Explain the usage of the device and provide necessary instructions to patients.
- Educate patients on device care, charging, bathing precautions, and reporting issues.
- Verify that the device is functioning properly and that ECG data is transmitting correctly.
- Ensure the patient's monitoring session is successfully initiated through the app/platform.
- Update patient onboarding/offboarding status accurately in the designated portal.
- Maintain accurate patient and device-related records.
- Upload required consent forms and documentation.
- Handle basic patient queries and provide a professional and supportive patient experience.
- Coordinate with the internal support team regarding technical issues or patient concerns.




- Follow hospital hygiene, safety, and patient-data confidentiality protocols.
- Ensure proper handling and management of healthcare devices.

Candidate Requirements

- Freshers and students from BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, B.Pharm, Nursing, Allied Health Sciences, or related backgrounds can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with patients and hospital staff.
- Basic smartphone and application-handling skills.
- Good coordination and documentation skills.
- Punctual, responsible, and professional in approach.
- Willing to work in a hospital workplace for the assigned shift.
- No field travel is required.

Stipend: ₹5,000/month
