Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Export Coordinator with strong experience in international lead generation, business development, export coordination and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities

New Lead Generation & Business Development

- Generate current leads and identify potential international buyers, importers, distributors and wholesalers.
- Explore new international markets and identify potential business opportunities.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, B2B portals, online research, email campaigns, exhibitions and other channels.
- Contact potential customers through email, calls and online platforms.
- Follow up with prospects, qualify leads and convert enquiries into business opportunities.
- Maintain and regularly update the international customer and lead database.
- Prepare quotations, coordinate samples and follow up on enquiries.
- Maintain lead, follow-up and conversion reports through MIS/CRM.

Export Coordination & Documentation

- Handle export documentation and coordinate the complete shipment process.
- Prepare and maintain Commercial Invoice,



Packing List, Shipping Bill, Certificate of Origin and other required documents.
- Coordinate with CHA, Freight Forwarders, Shipping Lines and Transporters.
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments for smooth order execution.
- Track shipments and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Maintain proper export records and documentation.

Required Skills

- Strong International Lead Generation & Business Development skills.
- Good knowledge of Export Documentation & International Shipping.
- Experience with LinkedIn, B2B portals and online lead generation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS and CRM.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, LC and export procedures will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated approach.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in Export Sales, International Business, Export Coordination or International Business Development, preferably from a manufacturing/export company, will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,381.67 - ₹30,952.24 per month
