- Conduct Welder qualifications for the new and existing Welder as per plan.

- Coordinate for testing and manage the detail action for the 4M (Man, Machine, Method, Material)

- Conduct tests such as checks for pipelines or strength tests for structural welds.

- Set-up robust supplier quality improvement system to ensure raw material supplier consistently provide qualified products.

- Responsible for improving quality of the raw material suppliers.

- Perform standard non-destructive testing (NDT) methods and issue reports, NDT(UT) level is 3 with ISO9712.

- Formulate a quality control plan for welded components and have the International Welding Engineer certificate.

- Handle and solve all the quality issues related to raw material and structural parts, in cooperation with internal customers.

- Support the manager and the project managers to achieve the projects’ indicators.

- Perform testing validation of the recent welder,



Upgrade the skill of the existing welder based on requirements

- Implement and monitor key performance indicators for suppliers /Inhouse to focus and drive performance based on Measurement of Performance-(SPPM, FPR, QCD).

- Review supplier’s progress against quality planning by visiting suppliers frequently and regularly and follow up with corrective actions for finding issues.

- Conduct training program for welder, fitter to provide awareness and build Quality culture

- Improvement plan for the reduction of CT, Efficiency on the welding machine

- Support purchase team to develop new material according to design requirement

- Create NDT instruction/map and training OC/worker for plant and sub-contractor, analyze and solve difficult problems in NDT
