REMOTE INSURANCE DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST

About the Position

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Insurance Data Entry Specialist to work remotely and handle day-to-day insurance-related administrative and data entry work.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience with insurance documentation, data entry, online portals, client records, and administrative tasks and should be comfortable working independently during night hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and update insurance and client information in online portals.
- Manage and maintain insurance policy records.
- Upload and organize insurance documents and certificates.
- Review documents for missing or incorrect information.
- Track insurance policy and document expiration dates.
- Monitor renewals and follow up on pending documents.
- Update client records when policies are renewed or changed.
- Maintain organized digital client files.
- Follow up on missing insurance information and documentation.
- Maintain Excel and Google Sheets tracking records.
- Perform regular data checks for accuracy.
- Communicate professionally with clients and insurance-related contacts when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and insurance information.
- Complete daily assigned tasks accurately and on time.

Requirements

- 1–2+ years of experience in insurance, insurance administration, or insurance data entry.
- Experience working with online portals.




- Good computer and data-entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good written English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client records.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and computer.
- Willingness to work a night shift.

- Commercial Auto Insurance
- Trucking Insurance
- Certificates of Insurance (COI)
- Insurance renewals
- Insurance policy documentation
- Commercial vehicle/fleet insurance
- Insurance portals

Working Hours

Monday through Friday – Night Shift

9:00 PM to 5:00 AM Mountain Time (MT)

The employee must be available and actively working during the scheduled shift.

Salary

₹15,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
