Aadarsh Yuva Mission Human Welfare India (AYMHWI), through its National Internship & Research Cell (NIRC), invites applications from students, graduates, freshers, researchers and young learners for the Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Youth Internship Programme – 2026.

The programme is designed to provide structured learning and practical exposure in social-sector work, research, digital communication, project activities, community engagement and youth leadership.

Inspired by the values associated with Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, the programme encourages young people to develop practical skills while contributing to education, humanitarian work, innovation, community development and social impact.

Internship Domains

Interns may be considered for one or more areas based on their interest, skills and programme requirements:

- Digital Marketing & Branding
- Graphic Design
- Social Media Management
- Content Writing & Communication
- Human Resources (HR)
- Public Relations (PR)
- Event Management
- Research & Documentation
- NGO Operations & Administration

- Government Scheme Awareness
- MS Excel & Basic Data Management

Roles & Responsibilities

Depending on the selected internship track, interns may:

- Support research,



documentation and project activities
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations and project documents
- Create digital, communication and promotional content
- Support social-media and awareness campaigns
- Assist with basic data collection and Excel-based activities
- Support community, youth and volunteer engagement
- Research government schemes and social-development initiatives
- Assist in online/offline events and programme activities
- Work with project teams on assigned tasks
- Complete an internship assignment/research or social-impact project
- Participate in training, evaluation and assessment activities
