Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Marketing Executive to promote RJ Atlas Jewellery’s products, schemes, and services and develop new customer relationships through field activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit different locations and identify potential customers.
- Promote jewellery products, customer schemes, offers, and services.
- Generate new leads through direct field marketing.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into customers.
- Encourage existing customers to continue and renew schemes.
- Conduct customer visits and market surveys when required.
- Collect and share accurate customer information and field reports.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Coordinate with the showroom and marketing team.
- Maintain proper attendance and GPS/location tracking during field work.




- Handle customers professionally and follow company policies.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in the field.
- Ability to approach and communicate with new customers.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Previous experience in field marketing, sales, jewellery, finance, or customer relations is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
