We’re looking for an energetic, analytical, and data-driven Paid Ads Specialist with proven experience managing Google and Meta advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute campaigns based on client objectives and target audiences.
- Manage campaign budgets, schedules, and launches.
- Monitor performance, costs, conversions, ROI/ROAS, and other KPIs.
- Optimise campaigns, audiences, budgets, and creatives for better performance.
- Plan and execute A/B tests and experiments.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop effective ad assets.
- Prepare performance reports and communicate insights and recommendations to clients.
- Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and advertising policies.

Requirements

- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Valuable understanding of campaign optimisation,



targeting, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Strong reporting and client communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads or Quora Ads is a plus.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Google Ads Certification or equivalent required.
- Meta/Facebook Certification or equivalent required.
- Additional digital marketing certifications are a plus.

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380054: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
