Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our Sales Team.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential Jewellery Showrooms, Jewellery Retailers, and Jewellery Business Owners, contacting them through various channels, collecting relevant information, and generating qualified leads for the Sales and Demo Team.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new leads through Instagram, Google Maps, Google Search, Justdial, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.

- Research and collect business details of potential Jewellery Showrooms and Jewellery Business Owners.

- Contact potential customers through WhatsApp, Instagram DM, and phone calls.

Understand customer requirements and identify qualified prospects.

Maintain and update lead details and lead status in Google Sheets / CRM.

Categorize leads as Hot, Warm, and Cold based on their interest.

- Follow up with prospects and coordinate with the Sales / Demo Team.

- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation targets.

- Continuously identify new Jewellery Shops and potential business customers.

- Maintain daily lead-generation and follow-up reports.

Required Skills

- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to confidently communicate with business owners.

Basic knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Maps, and Google Search.

Good internet research skills.





Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Strong follow-up skills.

Interest in Sales and Business Development.

Willingness to learn and grow.

Experience

Candidates with experience in Lead Generation, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Business Development will be preferred.

Freshers are also welcome to apply.

Performance & KPIs

Performance will be evaluated based on:

Number of new leads generated.

Number of qualified leads generated.

Lead quality.

Daily / Monthly target achievement.

Customer follow-up.

CRM / Google Sheet maintenance.

Qualified leads handed over to the Sales Team.

Salary & Incentives

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Additional incentives and career growth opportunities will be provided based on performance.

Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Business Development can apply.
