Key Responsibilities:

Fixture Set-Up & Alignment: Install and align bed-of-nails test fixtures or configure flying probe machines; align registration pins and check probe condition for wear or damage.

Job Card & Program Setup: Verify job travelers and revision codes; load CAD/CAM netlist data and set electrical testing parameters (voltage, resistance thresholds) into BBT machine controllers.

- Electrical Testing & Operation: Run 100% continuity and insulation tests to detect open circuits, short circuits, trace breaks, and layer interconnect failures.
- Defect Analysis & Sorting: Separate OK panels from defective panels; mark failure points using optical inspection or multimeter verification; record and route rejected boards for rework or scrap.
- Routine Maintenance: Inspect and replace worn test pins/probes, clean machine beds,



and carry out daily/monthly maintenance checklists.
- Safety, 5S & Documentation: Maintain production output records, defect rate logs, and process parameters while maintaining 5S shop floor cleanliness and safety standards.
- Training: Guide and train junior operators on fixture mounting, program loading, and defect identification.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: 10th / 12th + ITI or Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 2–5 years operating BBT machines (Bed-of-Nails / Grid Testers or Flying Probe Testers) in a PCB fabrication plant.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
