Marketing & Business Development Manager – IT

About the Role :

We are looking for a result-oriented Marketing & Business Development Manager to drive B2B lead generation, client acquisition, and business growth. The ideal candidate should be confident in client communication, client handling, and team management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify target companies, prospects, and recent business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
- Handle client communication, meetings, follow-ups, and relationship management.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for suitable solutions.
- Manage leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and sales pipeline through CRM.
- Prepare business proposals and presentations when required.




- Lead and coordinate the marketing and business development team.

Requirements :

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing & Business Development.
- Strong client communication, client handling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in lead generation and team handling.
- Good prospecting, follow-up, relationship management, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, confident, and target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
