Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing teams, workflows, client delivery, project coordination, productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of digital marketing agency operations and be comfortable using AI tools and automation to improve team productivity, reporting, communication, and overall business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the digital marketing agency.
- Coordinate with SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, Design, Web Development, and other teams.
- Establish and maintain effective workflows and operational processes.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, team performance, and client commitments.
- Allocate resources and manage team workloads effectively.
- Ensure projects and campaigns are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Track team productivity, utilization, performance, and operational KPIs.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Team Leads, Account Managers, and senior management.




- Handle internal escalations and ensure issues are resolved quickly.
- Maintain SOPs, process documentation, checklists, and operational reports.
- Conduct regular team meetings and operational reviews.
- Monitor client requirements and ensure smooth coordination between teams.
- Support management with operational planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Help build scalable processes as the agency grows.

AI Tools & Automation

The candidate should have practical knowledge of AI tools for business and digital marketing operations, including:

- ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini – research, documentation, analysis, communication, and workflow support
- AI-powered SEO and marketing tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Surfer SEO, or similar
- AI tools for content planning, content generation, keyword research, and competitor analysis
- AI-assisted data analysis and reporting
- AI tools for meeting summaries, task management, and documentation
- Automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or similar
- AI-powered project and productivity tools
- Ability to identify repetitive tasks that can be automated using AI

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
