Interpret CAD schematics, technical drawings, and blueprints for precise material cutting, bending, and assembly.

​Perform MIG, TIG, and Arc welding on sheet metal enclosures, structural frames, and custom assemblies.

​Operate sheet metal machinery including press brakes, shearing machines, drill presses, and angle grinders.

​Measure and inspect fabricated components using vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges to ensure dimensional accuracy.

Maintain strict quality control to prevent heat distortion and achieve clean surface finishing prior to powder coating/painting.

​Assist with the structural fitting, alignment, and final assembly of equipment units. ​

Key Requirements & Skills:

Qualification:

ITI (Welder / Fitter / Sheet Metal Worker) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

1 to 3 years in sheet metal fabrication and industrial welding. ​Proficient in reading standard mechanical drawings and geometrical symbols. ​Strong attention to detail, precision fitting, and shop-floor safety practices.
