- Provide technical support to customers through phone, WhatsApp and remote support.
- Understand customer issues and provide suitable solutions.
- Assist customers with software installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
- Guide customers on using billing, inventory, accounting and ERP features.
- Coordinate with the technical/development team for issues that require further assistance.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved successfully.
- Maintain proper records of customer queries and support activities.
- Conduct basic software demos and explain features to customers when required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
