We are looking for a Work From Home Telecaller to connect with students and prospective learners, explain our courses, and assist them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to students and prospective learners.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with interested students and maintain regular communication.
- Answer student queries in Malayalam and provide accurate information.
- Guide students through the admission process and support them until enrollment.
- Maintain daily call records and follow up on leads.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth student experience.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling with students.
- Fluent Malayalam communication is mandatory.




- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain courses clearly and confidently.
- Experience in student counselling, education telecalling, or admissions is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and access to a smartphone/laptop with a reliable internet connection.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.

Salary & Incentives

Work From Home | Attractive Incentive Structure

- Incentive per admission: ₹1,000 – ₹5,000
- Incentive amount depends on the course and admission.
- Additional salary details will be discussed during the interview.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
