Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Executive to manage and grow social media accounts for our clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content planning, trend research, client coordination, and performance analysis.

The candidate should be capable of independently managing multiple client accounts and executing strategies that improve reach, engagement, followers, and overall social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple client social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars and strategies.
- Research trending Reels, formats, topics, hashtags, and relevant industry trends.
- Develop creative ideas for Reels, carousels, static posts, stories, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, and video editors for timely content execution.
- Review content before publishing to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand consistency.
- Schedule and publish content according to the approved content calendar.
- Write engaging captions, CTAs, hashtags, and basic social media copy.
- Monitor comments, DMs, mentions, and audience interactions.
- Conduct competitor and industry research to identify recent content opportunities.
- Track and analyze reach, engagement, followers gained, views, saves, shares, profile visits, and other key metrics.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify content gaps and suggest strategies to improve page performance and growth.
- Coordinate directly with clients for content requirements, approvals, feedback,



and updates.
- Ensure all content follows the client's brand guidelines, tone, and communication objectives.
- Stay updated with Instagram and other platform updates, algorithms, features, and trends.
- Take ownership of assigned accounts and ensure timely delivery of all social media activities.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Management.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Good knowledge of Reels, short-form video content, trends, hashtags, and social media strategies.
- Strong content ideation and creative thinking skills.
- Good knowledge of social media analytics and insights.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Good caption and copywriting abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and social media scheduling tools.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience working in a Digital Marketing / Social Media Agency.
- Experience independently handling multiple client accounts.
- Proven understanding of strategies for improving followers, engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
- Candidates with a robust portfolio or examples of pages handled will be preferred.
