JOB PURPOSE

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and financial operations across King Group Hospitality, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, effective cash-flow management and strong financial controls.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Accounting & Financial Management

· Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and bank transactions.

· Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.

· Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.

· Monitor revenue, expenses, receivables, payables and cash flow.

· Conduct regular bank, ledger and balance-sheet reconciliations.

2. Hospitality / Restaurant Accounting

· Monitor daily sales and revenue reconciliation across India, UAE, Thailand, Bali restaurants and cloud kitchen along with HO.

· Reconcile POS, online delivery platforms, cash, card and digital payment collections.

· Verify outlet-wise expenses, purchases and inventory-related transactions.

· Monitor food cost, beverage cost and other operating expenses.

· Identify discrepancies and coordinate with operations for timely resolution.

3. Accounts Payable & Receivable

· Manage vendor invoices, payments and outstanding balances.

· Ensure timely customer billing and collection follow-ups.

· Maintain accurate vendor and customer ledgers.

· Review ageing reports and take corrective action on overdue receivables.

4. MIS & Management Reporting

· Prepare monthly MIS reports for management

· Provide outlet-wise profitability and financial analysis.

· Prepare budgets, forecasts and variance reports.

· Provide management with insights on revenue, costs, margins and financial performance.

5. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

· Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC and other applicable statutory requirements.

· Coordinate with auditors, consultants and government authorities as required.





· Maintain complete documentation and records for audits and statutory requirements.

6. Audit & Internal Controls

· Coordinate internal and external audits.

· Ensure proper accounting documentation and supporting records.

· Strengthen financial controls and identify areas of financial risk.

· Implement processes to minimize errors, leakages and financial discrepancies.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.

· CA Inter / M.Com / MBA Finance will be an advantage.

· 8–10 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.

· Experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, F&B; or multi-outlet businesses preferred.

· Strong knowledge of Indian accounting practices, GST and TDS.

· Proficiency in Tally / ERP accounting systems and MS Excel.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on finance professional with strong accounting fundamentals and practical experience in the hospitality / F&B; industry, capable of managing accounting operations while providing meaningful financial insights to senior management.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
