Responsibilities:
- Manage sales & achieve targets
- Lead and motivate the sales team
- Generate new business opportunities
- Handle clients, contractors & builders
- Prepare quotations and proposals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5–8 years of sales experience
- Team-handling experience preferred
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel
