Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced, Spanish-speaking Instructional Designers to support learning-design projects for a USA-based client. The selected professionals will create engaging, learner-centered instructional content and learning experiences in Spanish.

This is a remote, project-based opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop instructional materials in Spanish, including storyboards, e-learning content, instructor-led training materials, assessments, and learner activities.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, project managers, and other stakeholders to translate content into effective learning solutions.
- Apply adult-learning principles and instructional-design methodologies to develop clear, engaging, and measurable learning experiences.
- Review and adapt existing English-language learning content into fluent, culturally appropriate Spanish, where required.
- Ensure content is accurate, consistent, visually engaging, and aligned with project objectives and quality standards.
- Incorporate client feedback and complete revisions within agreed timelines.
- Support quality-assurance reviews of Spanish-language learning materials.

Required Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, Learning Experience Designer, or eLearning Developer.




- Fluency in spoken and written Spanish, with the ability to write clear, professional, and learner-friendly instructional content.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience developing e-learning, virtual instructor-led training, instructor-led training, or blended-learning solutions.
- Knowledge of adult-learning principles, instructional-design models, and assessment design.
- Experience using authoring and content-development tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
- Solid attention to detail, project-management skills, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience adapting or localizing learning content for Spanish-speaking audiences.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive learning-design practices.
- Experience supporting USA-based learning or corporate-training projects.

Location and Work Authorization:

Candidates must currently reside in and be legally authorized to work from India, the United States, Canada, or Mexico.
