About the Role

Aum Buildcon is looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day construction site activities and ensure smooth execution of work as per project requirements.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of relevant site experience and should have successfully handled and completed at least 4 construction projects. The candidate must be capable of coordinating workers, contractors, materials, and daily site activities while maintaining quality, safety, and work schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed as per the planned schedule.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors, workers, and site staff.
- Allocate daily tasks to workers and monitor their productivity.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and instructions from management/engineers.
- Monitor the quality of construction work and identify any defects or deviations.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and management for smooth site execution.
- Maintain daily records of site progress, manpower, materials, and activities.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate timely availability of construction materials.
- Maintain basic stock/inventory records for materials received, issued, and remaining at site.
- Check incoming materials for quantity and basic quality requirements.
- Minimize material wastage and ensure proper utilization and storage of materials.
- Report shortages, damages, delays, or site-related issues to the concerned person.




- Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the construction site.
- Follow and enforce basic site safety practices.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely completion of assigned work.
- Assist in measurements and verification of completed work where required.
- Ensure work is completed within the expected timelines and quality standards.
- Prepare and submit regular site updates and progress reports to management.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Graduate qualification in Civil Engineering / Construction / relevant field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant construction site experience.
- Must have successfully handled and completed at least 4 construction projects.
- Good understanding of construction site activities and execution.
- Basic knowledge of stock keeping and material inventory management.
- Ability to manage labour, contractors, and multiple site activities.
- Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings is preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction materials and their application.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and site-management abilities.

The ideal candidate should be:

- Experienced in independently handling construction site activities.
- Responsible and disciplined in managing manpower and materials.
- Capable of taking ownership of daily site operations.
- Practical and solution-oriented when dealing with site issues.
- Comfortable working in a field/on-site environment.
- Able to maintain proper records of materials, manpower, and work progress.
- Punctual and committed to project timelines.
- Willing to coordinate with management, engineers, contractors, and vendors.

Experience Requirement

Mandatory:

- Minimum 7 years of construction/site supervision experience.
- Experience of handling and completing minimum 4 projects.
- Basic stock keeping and material management experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
