Core Responsibilities

- Lesson Planning: Design lesson plans and units that match the school curriculum or board standards (such as CBSE).
- Teaching Delivery: Teach clear, engaging chemistry lectures to senior students.
- Lab Management: Lead practical experiments and teach strict lab safety rules.
- Student Assessment: Create and grade tests, quizzes, and homework, and track student growth.
- Parent Communication: Meet with parents during parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress.
- Administrative Tasks: Keep attendance logs and update academic records on school system.

Qualifications and Skills

- Education: A Master’s degree in Chemistry (Post Graduation) combined with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).
- Subject Knowledge: Deep understanding of advanced chemistry concepts and exam patterns.
- Communication: Strong speaking and interpersonal skills to engage students and talk with staff and parents.
- Classroom Management: Ability to keep students focused, secure, and motivated in a respectful learning environment
