What You’ll Do:

- Work closely with our team in Product, and Technology teams to maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial records and documentation, including key investor reports.
- Ensure the financial systems, including bookkeeping and compliance, are up-to-date and aligned with statutory regulations and investor requirements.
- Set financial and operational KPIs for the organization and ensure visibility and tracking of financial performance across departments.
- Develop and implement strategies for compliance with statutory authorities, including tax filings, audits, and regulatory requirements in both UK and India.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sourcing, QA, finance, and warehousing to ensure financial processes are in place and aligned with business goals.
- Manage relationships with investors, preparing and presenting financial reports, forecasts, and documentation to support fundraising efforts and key decision-making.
- Identify and implement cost-effective financial solutions while maintaining service levels, working on process improvements for bookkeeping, compliance,



and financial forecasting.

Who You Are:

- Have 2+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, or auditing, ideally within a fast-growing or dynamic workplace.
- Strong collaborator, with the ability to work closely with key stakeholders across various departments to ensure financial alignment and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for presenting complex financial information to investors, auditors, and internal teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining the integrity of financial records and reports.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
