Job Description: Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to design, implement, enhance, and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in HR processes and hands-on technical experience with Oracle HCM integrations, reports, data migration, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR stakeholders.
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules
- Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and recommend Oracle best practices.
- Configure approval workflows, security roles, and business processes.
- Support SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and post-production stabilization activities.
- Provide functional documentation, process flows, and user training.

Technical Responsibilities

- Develop and support HDL (HCM Data Loader), HCM Extracts, Rapid Formulas, BI Publisher Reports, OTBI Reports and Dashboards, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations, REST/SOAP APIs
- Perform data migration, conversion, and reconciliation activities.
- Design inbound and outbound interfaces with third-party systems such as Payroll, AD, SAP, ServiceNow, and Benefits platforms.
- Troubleshoot integration, reporting, and security issues.
- Support quarterly Oracle Cloud upgrades and impact assessments.

Soft Skills

- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Requirement gathering and workshop facilitation.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.

Experience

- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 6+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
- Experience with end-to-end implementation, support, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
- Experience working with global HR processes and multiple geographies preferred.
