Full Job Description

We are hiring an HR Compliance Officer / HR Executive – Compliance to manage labour law and statutory compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of HR compliance, labour laws, and statutory processes such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, and Minimum Wages.

Responsibilities

Handle labour law and HR compliance activities

Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, rules, and regulations

Manage PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, and other statutory compliances

Maintain statutory registers, records, and employee documentation

Handle compliance audits, inspections, and required documentation

Stay updated with changes in labour laws and compliance requirements

Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for compliance matters





Prepare and maintain compliance reports and documentation

Support HR policies and processes as per applicable legal requirements

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Labour Laws & HR Compliance

Knowledge of PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, and Minimum Wages

Good understanding of statutory compliance procedures

Strong documentation and reporting skills

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to handle compliance-related queries and documentation independently

Qualification

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Law, Labour Relations, or a related field

LLB candidates with HR/Compliance experience are preferred
