Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of the restaurant while delivering high-quality service, maintaining standards, and driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Manage restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Maintain restaurant ambiance and cleanliness
- Track sales, prepare reports, and meet revenue targets
- Implement strategies to improve productivity and sales performance




- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth service

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle pressure
- Proficiency in using POS systems (e.g., Petpooja preferred)
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or relevant field preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
