Jet India is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, including GST, income tax, TDS, and banking operations. Proficiency in Tally Prime and Excel is essential. This role requires excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Bookkeeping:
Manage day-to-day accounting transactions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Prepare and review ledger accounts and bank reconciliations.

GST & TDS Compliance:

Prepare GST workings and summary as well as filing returns.

Prepare TDS working and calculations, deductions, and filings.

Strong knowledge of GST, income tax, balance sheet, and TDS regulations.

Understand how to navigate the GST portal and should be familiar with IMS in the portal

GST R1 & 3B - making Working / Making Summary and Calculation of final Tax GST portal

Banking Operations:

Manage banking transactions and reconciliations.

Tally Prime:

Utilize Tally Prime for all accounting activities.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity in Tally.

Excel Proficiency:

Develop reports in Excel.

Analyze financial data and generate insightful reports.

Prepare and assist in annual financial Statements / Balance Sheet / Profit and Loss Statement





Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience of 4 + years in a similar role.

Proficiency in Tally Prime and advanced Excel skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
