Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Sales to lead the sales team, monitor performance, ensure SOP & CRM compliance, handle escalations, and drive targets through effective leadership, follow-ups, and process management..

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Act as the single POC for team-related queries, issues, and escalations.

· Monitor daily calling, follow-ups, lead status, and conversions.

· Ensure proper and timely updates in CRM.

· Track team performance and identify gaps in productivity.

· Ensure adherence to SOPs, processes, and reporting formats.

· Support team members in handling difficult customers/dealers and escalations.

· Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.

· Prepare and maintain daily/weekly performance reports.





· Coordinate with management for targets, performance updates, and operational requirements.

· Identify process gaps and suggest practical improvements.

· Support and guide team members to achieve their individual and team targets.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Robust team handling and leadership skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Good knowledge of CRM systems and Excel.

· Strong follow-up and reporting skills.

· Ability to handle escalations professionally.

· Process-oriented and disciplined approach.

· Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.

· Ability to monitor and improve team performance.

Working Hours

· Timings 09:45 AM To 6:30 PM
