Job Responsibilities:

- Operation & Maintenance: Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on central chillers, Air Handling Units (AHUs), split/ductable units, cooling towers, and ventilation fans. [1]
- Critical Zone Support: Maintain specialized hospital air systems, ensuring correct positive/negative pressure differentials in isolation wards and sterile conditions in OTs.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in compressors, motors, pumps, VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), and thermostat controls. [1, 2]
- Emergency Response: Attend to emergency breakdowns immediately to prevent disruption of sensitive medical equipment and patient care areas. [1]
- Monitoring & Compliance: Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) parameters, temperature logs,



and humidity levels; comply with hospital safety and infection control standards. [1]
- Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive logs of daily maintenance, equipment servicing history, gas charging, and spare parts inventory
