Position: Patient Care Coordinator ( Male /Female)
Location: Sonipat, Haryana
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient care and ensure a smooth patient journey
- Assist patients and attendants with queries and hospital services
- Coordinate with Doctors, Nursing, Billing & other departments
- Schedule appointments and follow up on patient requirements
- Maintain patient records and documentation
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0-2 years of experience in a hospital/healthcare setup preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, patient-friendly & well-organized
