About the Role

We are looking for energetic and motivated freshers who are interested in building a career in HR, Recruitment, and Business Development.

As an HR & Business Development Intern, you will gain practical experience in candidate sourcing, screening, recruitment coordination, client communication, lead generation, and business outreach while working with a remote team.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates for various IT positions.
- Use LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing platforms to identify candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records.
- Communicate with candidates and hiring teams.
- Assist with lead generation and business outreach activities.
- Identify potential clients and support business development efforts.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and daily activity records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support hiring requirements.
