Travel Counter Executive – Yash Travels
Yash Travels is looking for a full-time Counter Executive to handle customer enquiries and railway & flight ticket bookings at our office in Sadashiv Peth, Pune.
Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in and phone enquiries
- Assist with railway and flight ticket bookings
- Handle basic computer and customer record work
- Manage payments and daily counter activities
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
Requirements:
- 12th pass or graduate
- Good computer knowledge
- Positive communication skills in Marathi, Hindi and basic English
- Previous travel agency/ticketing experience is preferred
- Freshers with good communication and computer skills can also apply
Location: Sadashiv Peth, Pune
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Based on experience and skills
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
