# Job Description – Telecaller **Company:** 1to1 Realty **Job Title:** Telecaller / Real Estate Telecaller **Location:** mansarovar **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Experience:** 0–2 Years **Salary:** ₹10,000 - 15,000 per month + Incentives ## About 1to1 Realty 1to1 Realty is a growing real estate company focused on helping customers find the right residential and commercial properties through professional and personalized property solutions. ## Job Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate real estate leads. * Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally. * Explain property details, pricing, location, amenities, and offers to potential customers. * Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties. * Follow up with leads regularly through calls and WhatsApp. * Schedule property visits and coordinate with the sales team. * Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions. * Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets. * Build positive relationships with prospective clients and ensure a good customer experience.
