Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer with current/recent experience in the Display & Signage industry.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing LED signage, ACP signage, acrylic letters, 3D letters, light boxes, retail displays, branding boards, hoardings, vinyl graphics and other display/signage products.

The candidate must understand the complete design-to-production process and be capable of preparing accurate, production-ready artwork.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative and technically accurate designs for:
- LED signage
- ACP signage and cladding
- Acrylic signage
- 3D letters / channel letters
- Light boxes
- Retail displays
- Shop branding
- Hoardings and large-format graphics
- Wayfinding and directional signage
- Indoor and outdoor branding
- Vinyl, flex and UV-print applications
- Prepare print-ready and fabrication-ready artwork according to project dimensions.
- Convert client requirements, sketches, logos and reference images into qualified designs.
- Create realistic signage mock-ups and presentations for client approval.
- Understand materials such as ACP, acrylic, aluminium, SS, MS, vinyl, flex, LED and other signage materials.
- Prepare artwork with correct dimensions, scale, colours, fonts, resolution, bleed and cutting paths.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Fabrication and Installation teams.
- Review site photographs and measurements and adapt designs accordingly.
- Make design revisions based on client and production feedback.
- Ensure artwork is practical for manufacturing and installation.
- Maintain proper project files, artwork versions and approved designs.




- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet committed deadlines.

Required Software Skills

Mandatory:

- CorelDRAW – Advanced
- Adobe Illustrator – Strong
- Adobe Photoshop – Strong

Added Advantage:

- AutoCAD
- SketchUp / 3D software
- Basic knowledge of CNC / laser-cutting artwork
- Knowledge of digital printing / UV printing workflows

Candidate Profile

- 2–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer / Signage Designer / Production Designer.
- Candidates currently working in a signage, display, branding, retail branding, advertising, printing or fabrication company will be preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of CorelDRAW and large-format artwork preparation.
- Good understanding of signage materials and fabrication processes.
- Ability to understand technical dimensions and convert them into production-ready artwork.
- Good knowledge of typography, colour, composition and visual presentation.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Portfolio demonstrating actual signage/display projects is required.
