Key Responsibilities:
Manage diamond procurement, grading, inventory, and quality control.
Lead operations and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Handle supplier relationships and ensure ethical sourcing.
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Graduate; Gemology certification preferred.
Solid knowledge of diamond grading, inventory management, and team leadership.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
