- Manage end-to-end recruitment & hiring
- Source and screen candidates through various platforms
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates & hiring managers
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle attendance, onboarding, and exit formalities
- Support day-to-day HR operations & employee queries
- Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment MIS
**Candidate Profile:**
- 1–3 years of HR experience preferred
- Robust recruitment and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & HR documentation
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
