Customer Care Executive – Work From Home

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives to join our team. This is a Work From Home opportunity suitable for graduates who have good communication skills and a passion for helping customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Follow up with customers and assist with appointment and service bookings.
- Maintain accurate customer and call records.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through timely and friendly communication.
- Achieve assigned performance and service targets.

Requirements:

- Any Graduate / Graduate in Any Discipline.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary and Benefits:
