Area Manager – Tea Wholesale & Retail Showroom Location: Haldwani, Uttarakhand Salary: ₹25,000 per month + Separate Traveling Allowance (TA) Job Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, result-driven Area Manager to oversee and drive sales for our tea leaves wholesale and retail operations in Haldwani and surrounding areas. In this role, you will manage our flagship showroom, build robust B2B networks with local retailers, hotels, and distributors, and optimize daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Retail & Showroom Operations: Manage day-to-day showroom operations, maintain visual merchandising, monitor stock inventory, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Wholesale Distribution & B2B Sales: Identify, pitch, and onboard new wholesale clients (grocers, cafes, hotels, and local retailers) across Haldwani and adjacent regions.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and guide showroom staff and sales representatives to consistently meet target goals.
- Market Expansion: Conduct regular field visits to track market trends, gather competitor insights, and strengthen brand presence in the local market.




- Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales logs, inventory reports, and collections data for management review.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in retail, wholesale sales, or FMCG management (experience in food, beverage, or tea industry is a plus).
- Local Market Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Haldwani and nearby commercial hubs in Uttarakhand.
- Travel: Willingness to undertake local travel for business development and site visits (travel allowance provided).
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, team management, customer handling, and verbal communication skills.
- Education: Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
