Experience: 2-5 Years in Direct Sales, preferably in Interior Design or allied industries

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Direct Sales Executive to join our growing interiors business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, pitching our interior design services, and closing deals. This role requires strong communication skills, a good aesthetic sense, and a passion for helping clients transform spaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and digital campaigns
- Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and present interior solutions
- Collaborate with design and execution teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up on proposals, handle negotiations, and close deals




- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, builders, and channel partners
- Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, and competitors
- Attend events, exhibitions, and client walkthroughs when required
- Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates

Key Skills Required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in direct or B2C sales (experience in interiors, real estate, or design preferred)
- Confidence in making presentations and handling objections
- Understanding of design concepts, materials, and costing
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
- Passion for interiors and customer satisfaction

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
