Testing & Analysis

- Perform routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and packaging materials.
- Conduct chemical, physical, and instrumental testing as per approved specifications and test methods.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometer, pH Meter, Karl Fischer, Dissolution Apparatus, and Analytical Balance.
- Prepare and standardize laboratory reagents and volumetric solutions.

Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain accurate records of test results, observations, and laboratory activities.
- Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA) and analytical reports.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, ISO, and company quality standards.
- Review laboratory logbooks and complete documentation in a timely manner.

Calibration & Maintenance





- Perform routine calibration and verification of laboratory instruments.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment.
- Ensure laboratory cleanliness and proper storage of chemicals and samples.

Quality & Safety

- Follow laboratory safety procedures and use PPE at all times.
- Handle chemicals and hazardous materials safely.
- Assist during internal and external audits.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
