Job Purpose

To develop accurate and coordinated MEPF BIM models

and engineering deliverables for MEP

prefabrication and DFMA projects, ensuring model quality, constructability, fabrication readiness, and

compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and maintain MEPF BIM models for MEP services.

 Develop LOD 400/450 BIM models for fabrication, assembly, and installation requirements.

 Develop LOD 500 BIM models for as built documentation based on project requirements.

 Prepare BIM models, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, layouts, sections, and details as

required.

 Coordinate MEPF models with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines to identify and

resolve clashes.

 Coordinate with the GC/Client to unde rstand, address, and close engineering and BIM related

queries.

 Conduct site visits or obtain required site inputs to verify actual site conditions before finalizing

and submitting BIM models to the client.

 Support DFMA and modularization by developin g fabrication ready and installation ready

models.

 Extract quantities, schedules, and model based information for Estimation, Procurement,

Production, and Project teams.

 Ensure BIM models comply with project BIM standards, specifications, naming conven tions, LOD

requirements, and modelling guidelines.

 Coordinate with Estimation, Procurement, Production, Project, and Installation teams for

smooth project execution.

 Review model inputs, identify discrepancies, and support resolution of design changes, RFIs, and

coordination issues.
