Automation Engineer – Automation & Compliance Solutions (Pharma & Life Sciences)
We are seeking a seasoned, proactive, and strategic Project Engineer to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives that enhance operational reliability, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth across our portfolio of automation, control, and compliance management solutions for the pharmaceutical manufacturing and life sciences sector. The ideal candidate will possess deep domain expertise in pharma operations and regulatory frameworks, combined with solid leadership and coordination skills to drive cross-functional execution, stakeholder alignment, and solution scalability. This role demands a sharp focus on project governance, technical delivery, and customer engagement to ensure successful outcomes across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Experience:

2-3 Yeas experience in the Building Automation. (Pharma domain is value add)

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret project specifications and design BMS architecture
- Select appropriate hardware (controllers, sensors, actuators) and software platforms.
- Prepare control schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
- Develop control logic and sequences of operation.
- Depth knowledge in DDC controllers.




- Good knowledge with Controller selection in terms of communication protocols, device limitations
- Configure BMS software, including graphics, alarms, trends, and schedules.
- Integrate third-party systems (HVAC, lighting, fire safety, access control).
- Coordinate with electrical and mechanical contractors.
- Ensure proper installation of field devices and control panels.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Coordinate with consultant and customer to drive the project as well.
- Responsible for control the project schedule
- Responsible for control the Cost
- Responsible for control the quality
- Aware DQ, IQ, and OQ documentation in accordance with their client's needs.
- Responsible to ensure the vendor scope.
- Client coordination and routine progress meeting.
- Prepare the HOD for the project and submit it on time.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Experience:

- DDC or PLC: 1 year (Required)
- AHU working principles: 1 year (Required)
- Pharma industry project executions: 1 year (Required)
- Commissioning skills: 1 year (Required)
- System validation and qualifications: 1 year (Required)
- Access control systems: 1 year (Required)
