Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify recent AI tools, platforms, and technologies relevant to marketing, PR, operations, HR, content, sales, and productivity.

- Test and recommend AI solutions that can improve workflow efficiency and reduce manual work.

- Build and implement simple AI-driven systems, automations, workflows, and process optimizations.

- Assist in integrating AI tools into daily company operations.

- Create SOPs, guides, and documentation for AI tool usage and implementation.

- Train internal teams on how to effectively use AI tools and automation systems.

- Work closely with different departments to understand operational bottlenecks and suggest AI-based solutions.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, automation, ChatGPT tools, workflow systems, no-code platforms, and productivity tools.

- Help improve reporting, task management, content workflows, and communication systems using AI.

- Support leadership in building scalable internal systems and operational structures.

Skills & Requirements

- Strong interest in AI tools,



automation, productivity systems, and emerging technologies.

- Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Zapier, Make, Gamma, Canva AI, Perplexity, Midjourney, Runway, or similar platforms.

- Basic understanding of workflow automation and process optimization.

- Solid research and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and presentation abilities.

- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

- Proactive mindset with solid ownership and curiosity.

- Basic knowledge of prompts, AI workflows, or no-code tools is a plus.

- Prior experimentation with AI tools/projects will be an advantage.
