About Us:
Addom Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and manage a team of Sales Executives
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned region
- Build solid relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Report sales performance and forecasts to senior management
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate (Pharmacy, Science, or Business background preferred)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in pharma sales, with prior team-handling experience
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel as required
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience) + incentives
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
