JOB DESCRIPTION – Manager - Finance & Accounts (Chartered Accountant)

Position: Chartered Accountant – Statutory Compliance
Experience: 2–3 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Rajnagar, Nagpur
CTC: ₹6.00 LPA – ₹8.00 LPA

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 2–3 years of relevant experience to manage statutory compliances and support finance and accounting functions for our Real Estate entities.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC and RERA compliances, along with a sound understanding of real estate accounting, property transactions and land-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and ensure timely compliance under GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC and RERA.
- Handle statutory filings, returns, payments and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance relating to property transactions, land and real estate activities.
- Coordinate with consultants, auditors, legal professionals and government authorities as required.
- Assist in statutory, internal and tax audits and provide necessary schedules and supporting documents.
- Perform and review bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.
- Support preparation and review of financial statements, MIS and other finance reports.
- Assist in maintaining proper accounting records and statutory documentation.
- Review accounting treatment of real estate transactions and ensure compliance with applicable accounting and tax provisions.




- Support project costing, WIP accounting and inventory valuation.
- Monitor compliance calendars and ensure that all statutory obligations are completed within prescribed timelines.
- Identify compliance gaps and assist management in implementing appropriate corrective measures.
- Provide financial and compliance inputs to management as required.

Required Skills & Knowledge

- Strong working knowledge of:
- GST
- TDS
- Income Tax Act
- Companies Act
- ROC Compliance
- RERA Compliance
- Good understanding of taxation and compliance relating to property and land transactions.
- Sound knowledge of
- Project Costing
- Work-in-Progress (WIP)
- Inventory Valuation
- Project-related expenses and capitalization
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Ability to independently manage statutory compliance timelines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 2–3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Practical experience in handling statutory compliances is essential.

What We Are Looking For

A candidate who is hands-on, detail-oriented and capable of independently managing statutory compliances, while also understanding the commercial and accounting aspects of real estate operations.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
