RK Creators is looking for an enthusiastic and career-oriented Business Development & Marketing Executive to support our growing business through inbound lead management, digital marketing, client communication and business coordination.

This opportunity is particularly suitable for candidates who want to develop practical skills across digital marketing, business development, client handling and professional communication.

You will receive structured guidance and hands-on exposure rather than being expected to immediately perform as an experienced sales professional.

What You'll Do

As part of the business development and marketing team, your responsibilities will include:

- Responding to and managing inbound enquiries and leads
- Communicating with prospective clients through phone, WhatsApp, email and other professional channels
- Understanding client requirements and coordinating with the relevant internal team
- Following up with interested prospects and maintaining lead status
- Supporting digital marketing activities, including social media and email campaigns
- Assisting with preparation and sharing of proposals, quotations and other client documents
- Maintaining accurate client and lead records
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
- Supporting marketing initiatives and other business-growth activities




- Learning and applying professional approaches to lead management, client communication and business development

Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in business development, digital marketing, customer support, inside sales or client coordination may also apply.

Eligibility

Education: Any UG / PG Degree

Experience: Freshers or 0–1 year

Preferred Skills:

- Good verbal and written communication
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital platforms
- Basic MS Office / Google Workspace skills
- Good follow-up and coordination ability
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn

Added advantage: Candidates with exposure to digital marketing, social media management, CRM tools, lead management or client communication.
