Client Service Executive (Fresher) | Surat

Looking to start your career in client coordination, project support, and healthcare technology projects?

Imagica Health is hiring enthusiastic freshers who are interested in working closely with clients and internal teams on pharma and medical app-based projects.

Location: Surat (Onsite)
Local candidates preferred
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business / IT / Life Sciences or related field
Freshers welcome

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate client requirements clearly to internal design and development teams
- Assist in preparing app flows and simple user interfaces based on client needs
- Support application testing before release
- Help create user guides and training materials
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients for smooth project execution
- Provide basic client support by addressing product-related queries
- Assist in project analysis and delivery monitoring





Required Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Life Sciences, or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of apps/software development is a plus (training provided)
- Eagerness to learn and work collaboratively with teams
- Strong problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
