Job Overview

Job Title: Site Engineer (Interior Works)

Compensation: 35k to 40k / month

Experience Required: 2–5 years of experience in interior site execution (preferably in luxury residential or villa projects)

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer (Interior Works) to supervise and coordinate all interior finishing activities at our luxury villa projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, contractor management, quality control, and project coordination while ensuring work is completed within the scheduled timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and execute all interior finishing works, including civil finishing, false ceiling, flooring, painting, carpentry, modular furniture, electrical, plumbing, and fixtures.

Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, vendors, and contractors for smooth project execution.

Prepare daily progress reports and update project status to the management.

Verify measurements and quantities for contractor billing and material reconciliation.

Ensure quality standards and finishing details are maintained throughout the project.





Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.

Ensure adherence to project timelines and resolve site-related issues proactively.

Conduct inspections and identify defects for timely rectification.

Maintain proper documentation of site activities, material records, and work progress.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at the site.

Requirements & Skills

Technical Skills

Valuable knowledge of interior execution and finishing works.

Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, electrical, and plumbing drawings.

Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and understanding drawings.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for preparing reports, maintaining measurement sheets, tracking material consumption, and updating project progress.

Familiarity with BOQ, quantity verification, and contractor billing.

Soft Skills

Strong coordination and communication skills.

Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Attention to detail with a quality-focused approach.

Ability to manage multiple contractors simultaneously.

Willingness to work on-site and meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
